Earlier this month, we honored two pillars of Elevator Control Service who’ve spent over five decades elevating excellence! After a combined 5️⃣4️⃣years of dedication, Kenny Burch (27 years) and Richard Roach (27 years) are steppi ng into retirement. Let’s give them the standing ovation they deserve! 👏

Together, they’ve kept the DMV moving—one elevator, one escalator, one relationship, one client, one building, and one problem solved at a time. From late-night trap calls to celebrating major milestones like this, they’ve embodied the Elcon spirit all along the way. They did it with humor, and unwavering commitment to keeping our clients happy and elevators running smoothly. Their added mentorship helped shape many future generations of elevator technicians.
